NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

Self-check-in via electronic keypad lock located on door. Access code will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST

Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check in early OR check out after 10 AM will be charged $75 every 30 minutes past check-out time. If check-out is past 1 PM, an additional night will be charged. This allows our cleaning team to have time to prepare our home for the next guest.

Enjoyed our time at your place. Your communication was amazing and replies were almost immediate. There were a couple items that needed some minor repair but these did not impact our stay and you did offer to address them during our stay if we chose. We had a chance to see the local bear stop by (from the safety of the porch) and check that we had locked the trash box. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Couldn’t have been better! The host was awesome. Just a very nice person to deal with. The property was clean and so fun! Bathroom with showers on each floor. Plenty of room. Loved drinking my coffee on the beautiful upper deck each morning and listening to the stream out front. Fully equipped with everything. Keurig and regular drip coffee….take your pick. We absolutely loved the video games and the fire pit with putt putt. Had a great cookout one evening sitting around the fire pit. Loved the outdoor string house lighting. Beautiful and relaxing. Close to grocery store (only a few minutes) and the strip. We saw the synchronous fireflies 2 nights at Elkmont. LOVE! Also hiked Mount Leconte. AWESOME! Had fun at Rocky Top mountain coaster. We had an amazing stay at this cabin for my birthday trip! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. All the amenities listed were available, and the cabin truly felt like home. There were 6 of us, and since the cabin accommodates up to 10 guests, it felt incredibly spacious and comfortable for everyone. The rooms were cozy at the same time, giving the perfect balance of space and warmth. Gil and team were very gracious and accommodating and kindly obliged when we asked to stay another night. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfy for our large group. The amenities were great with things to do close by and Dollywood was our main attraction for the wknd. We loved the mini golf in the front yard and would have used it more if the weather allowed. We did have a very smart bear visit during our last night and knew how to open car doors so be sure to lock vehicle doors and stay inside after dark. Aside from our inquisitive visitor, we all had a GREAT time and highly recommend this place. Thanks Gil!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was just like the pictures and our kids really enjoyed the mini golf and fire pit area. Although the competition got fierce at times :) A lot of good memories were made that will last a lifetime. We had one small issue with the hot tub, but the host got someone out there ASAP to fix the problem so not an issue at all. The reason I mention it is because it's good to know that if an issue arises the Host is willing to get it fixed in a timely manner. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay here at Gilbert's place. We will definitely make this a favorite spot for our family vacation.

Lovely cabin with two beautiful porches - we spent so much time outside on them enjoying the quiet and nature. Super clean bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. with plenty of towels and linens. Easy check in and Gilbert made sure we had what we needed, was immediately responsive when we had a question. The location is peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg, a short (curvy) drive to Pigeon Forge. The porch lights in the evening were warm and cozy, and the child we had with us enjoyed the downstairs gaming area so much. A really lovely spot to launch from for adventures, or just relax at the cabin!

Nice location very near to Rocky Top Sports World. So, if you are looking for a super convenient location for any activities at RTSW, then this is your location! Very nice park in walking distance (Mills Park). Has running track and a dog park too. Quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg - 10 minutes. Great cabin for spreading out!

i thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! it was so clean and comfortable! it had everything we expected and then some. when we first booked there wasn’t mini golf or a fire pit, so to have that addition was awesome. the hot tub was perfect, the game room was perfect, everything was just seamless. also side note** those beds were ridiculously comfortable, i got the best sleep. the only downside was the size, it was a little smaller than i expected but it kept my group together:) the host was really attentive and friendly and answered all of my questions so quickly, love them! i wish i stayed longer. everyone enjoyed themselves and i hope to be back!!

The location of the house was easy to get to. We came into town for a tournament that was right up the street so going back and forth was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved the games and fire pit especially the mini golf course . The house was very clean and unique. Check in and out process was hassle free. Gil was very responsive he checked on us everyday to make sure we didn’t need anything, he even walked me through how to operate the hot tub ( which was also very clean). Everything from dining to groceries to gas is close by like 5 mins driving. Over all we had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay.

Gilbert’s place is an amazing place to stay! My husband and our two kids met my brother and his family/kids and all had enough space! Fun games for the kids and Gilbert had an amazing surprise mini golf set up for the kids for us! The rooms were very spacious and everything was clean! The cabin is located by main attractions maybe 15 mins out, local grocery stores and gas stations are nearby. We loved the location of this house. It wasn’t far to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Also neat was the different routes gps would take you on to get you there! Careful on the turning roads at night! House was perfect for our family of 6. Beds were great! Kids loved the game room! Kitchen worked just fine for cooking & we had everything we needed. Absolutely love the hanging chair on the 2nd floor balcony and visited it every morning! We probably will never make it back this far again but if we do we’d stay here again!

Thanks for a nice stay in the Smokies! The location was close to Gatlinburg and the hot tub and video games were fun. Gilbert was very helpful and responsive to the issues we had and we appreciated it! An issue with the hot tub was resolved quickly. The grill needed some service and Gilbert said he would take care of that. The cabin is definitely nestled in the woods. A little trimming of surrounding trees would help with aesthetics and the indoor darkness. Thanks again for a nice stay.

Great porches to hang out on and just minutes from the Gatlinburg Craft Loop with all kinds of artisans. Our kids loved the game room downstairs as well as the little creek in the front yard. The kitchen is small, but we made it work and cooked most of our meals at home. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home to families coming to Gatlinburg!

Gilbert was quick to respond. The home is beautiful and has all the essentials to accommodate a large family including a high chair for a child. Only problem I had was I spent a lot of time keeping the babies off the stairs, for future reference for myself or guest a baby stair blocker is a must.

This cabin was great! It was very clean and easy to get to. No steep drive to get to the cabin, which can be common in this area. It is close to a playground, track, and sports field which was great to hang out in between activities. Quick drive into Gatlinburg. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need. The living space next to the kitchen is large and a great space for the whole family to eat and hang out. The downstairs bunk bed room was great for our kids and the arcade games were a hit. The host is very responsive and friendly. Lots of cute touches in the cabin (books, kids toys).

This home was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ranging from 18 mon - 13 years old). The location was close to downtown and to the National Park. There is a grocery store near by which made it super easy for us to prepare meals at home and have snacks to take with us during the day. The house was clean, well decorated but not over the top (mostly child proof which we loved) and had a wonderful warm feel. There was a pack and play and high chair for out toddler which was appreciated. The area was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we expected. We all loved the bonus room with video games! There was more than enough space for our family to feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The internet went out once, due to high winds, but that was beyond Gilbert’s control. He was very fast to respond to the issue and assured us when it would come back on and he was accurate on this. The cabin is the perfect location to Rocky Top Sports Complex. Would definitely recommend staying here.

First, I want to say that Gilbert’s Cabin was a great place for my family’s weekend stay. It was comfortable, clean, and big enough for a family of 12! The games were a BIG hit! The kids enjoyed them. Gatlingburg is legit 10 minutes away. Pigeon forge is about 20-25 min away. It’s close to everything. Gilbert was very responsive when I had any questions and always helped us out! 10/10. Recommended. Thank you!!!!😊

The cabin was perfect for our stay as we wanted something close to Rocky Top Sports World. The host was responsive and took great care of us. There aren't a ton of amenities in the kitchen (would have loved to have a toaster). The cabin was extremely clean.

Gilbert was a fantastic host. Extremely friendly and responsive. His home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. A few things throughout the home needed a bit of attention and were outdated including the downstairs shower. The kitchen was a lot smaller in person but we made it work. We traveled with twin toddlers and were unable to let them outside on the balconies bc of how far apart the railings were. There were also no baby gates for the stairs which was a bit of an issue. This is a great home for a single family with older children.

Cabin looked like the photographs posted. Check in was smooth and easy!! Host was super responsive throughout my stay. He checked on us when we were on our way. He shared the forecast of the weather for our safety. I did point out a couple of issues while there and he not only responded with empathy but had such a great team of contractors. They came promptly and fixed both issues right away. The contractors were also very pleasant, giving recommendations on what we can do while in town. Gilbert even sent us a package while we were there which was an extra touch that was much appreciated. The space was perfect for me and my family. The kids (and adults) loved the video and board games provided. Overall, I would book this cabin again!! My family had a great first stay in Gatlinburg and the accommodations felt like home!!

BOOK THIS CABIN!! By far the best cabin we have stayed in, warm, cozy and it just felt like home! Loved the decor and cleanliness of the cabin. We had 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 2-13 and it was just perfect for all of us. We were not cramped in any way at all. The arcade games in the basement were a big hit with the kids and the coffee bar was a hit with the adults. Perfect location, not far at all from town. Gil & Jen were the very best hosts and checked on us throughout our stay. They go above and beyond to make sure your trip is perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Cozy Creek Cabin. The cabin had all the essentials and is extremely clean and maintained. Check in was very easy and the host keep in constant communication which was nice. I wasn’t sure on the location when I booked but we found the cabin to be in a perfect location. Tucked away in a quiet street and easy access to groceries and breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return again soon!

The host was 5 stars. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a soccer tournament and less than 2 miles from our event. Some minor issues yet the host responded and took care or will address for the next client. We had a total of 9 people and accommodations were good. We would stay again. We did not venture out and about due to the volume of people, we stayed in and cooked ourselves. All the tools are at the property and use of the gas bbq pit was perfect for us.
