A great, family-friendly getaway. Pool in basement is a nice touch for kids. The door to pool can be locked for safety. Owner was wonderfully responsive with minor questions we had during our stay. We loved bringing our dog. You are a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, but away enough for a peaceful stay. We would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks for a great vacation home!

Our stay was just what my husband and I needed after a very busy year and holiday season. The surrounding area is nice, quiet and scenic. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the cold, snowy days we had while we were visiting. The house is located very close to town but feels so far away. We used the fireplace daily which made for very cozy and quaint evenings in. Gilbert was very kind and responsive.

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg away from every one. Quite and relaxing cabin with plenty to do inside, arcade games, indoor pool, and hot tub out on the patio. Jus a few minute drive to downtown and Ober, Great Location!

Gilbert is a very attentive host with quick response times. He has a lovely place that is meticulously designed for the utmost family enjoyment. We had a few questions and concerns that Gilbert took care of right away. The projector by the pool did not work; he sent someone to fix it but it still didn’t work. However, the lack of projector did not get in the way of our family fun! We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great quiet spot extremely close to downtown. Pool and hot tub for the kids were welcome downtime distractions after a long day doing activities in and around town. A few small hiccups technology and appliance wise, but Gil was very attentive and extremely quick to respond to inquiries and provide clear instructions to work through. Recommend again for stay!

Gil was a fantastic communicator. He was able to answer all my questions quickly and even offered to extend our stay. As with any new build, there were some small hiccups that Gil swiftly helped us resolve. The house itself was amazing, and the kids LOVED the room with the bunks. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought 3 kids who thought the bunk room with slide was the coolest thing ever! The adults also enjoyed our rooms and bathrooms. The layout of the place makes it feel huge, there are so many different spots to hang out, both inside & out. The decor is beautiful and fun. The beds were super comfortable and the blankets and linens felt luxurious. (I want to get them for my own house!) We loved that there were board games and arcade games. We had lots of fun while we were there with those. The kitchen was well equipped with extra special touches like coffee syrups and flavored creamers. Gil & Jenn were incredible hosts, always responded very quickly with wonderful communication. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!

This property was finished just in time for our family Christmas Vacation to Branson. This place is beautiful and very well furnished. We changed some of our plans to just enjoy time “at home”. They thought of everything you would want in a rental. I highly recommend this home!

Gilbert is an A+ host with a beautiful cabin. My family and I had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The drive to Gatlinburg is really easy and close, with Pigeon Forge not far either. We travel to Gatlinburg at least once a year and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
